SuperHomes provide short and medium term accomodation. Contracts usually range from 3 months to a few years.

The normal contract is 6 months or 1 year.

The (smallest) cheapest room we have is 880chf/month - The most expensive is 2900chf/month

All gas, water, electricity bills are included.

Most rooms have wireless internet service included.

Typically our tenants will choose us rather than staying in a hotel for a few months.

We do provide room cleaning services if required (optional extra).

Some apartments are with shared kitchen and toilet, some are studios with no sharing.
